Brandon has been CrossFitting since 2013, around the same time Solid Ground first opened its doors.  He helped us lay the sweet flooring we run around on and never really left… and we couldn’t be happier about that!

After turning away from all athletic pursuits in high school and never picking it up again, Brandon began to feel like he was falling behind.  Thankfully, his competitive nature told him it was his time to shine and in the summer of 2013, he did a complete 180- he dropped everything to focus on his health and fitness, and began training regularly.

When Brandon’s not working his full-time job or training with the class, you can find him strengthening his weaknesses, throwing around a heavy barbell (clusters and snatches are his favourite), or taking a long walk on the beach… maybe even all 3 in one day, if he’s lucky.

As a Coach, his favourite thing is getting to see the changes that take place in our members’ abilities, and helping them to realize their full potential.
