Foundations Program - Start Here!
This is a must for anyone with less than 6 months of CrossFit Training experience, and recommended for anyone who is new to our facility. This short introductory program is designed to teach you the fundamental movements, get you oriented with our training principles and philosophies, let you work closely with a few different coaches from our team, and build a strong foundation for getting the most out of your membership.
- 4 Semi-Private 1-hour Training Sessions
- Understanding fundamental movements
- How to scale and modify to fit ANY level of fitness and experience
- How to get the most out of your training in regular classes
Investment: This package is available for a single payment of $197
(Once you've completed the Foundations Program, or if you are an experienced CrossFit Athlete)
We have a few different options depending on the frequency you'd like to be training, and the time frame you'd like to commit for. We are often asked what the "Best" way to start is, but this is different for each individual athlete. We know that if you're training 3 times per week you'll have consistent exposure to all of the various movements, and a regular dose of the signals that are going to create real change in your body. We have many people who train MORE frequently than that (because their bodies are recovering well, and their schedule allows them to), and we have some who train LESS frequently (because they are supplementing other training programs, or because their schedule only permits that frequency). The good news is that there is flexibility to switch between LIMITED and UNLIMITED at any time, and we'll simply pro-rate the difference.
Each of the options below will give you access to any of our classes including: CrossFit Classes, X-Fit Bootcamp Classes, Barbell Club, and Mobility Class.

10 Class Pass - To be used as you go, great for people who are attending less than 1 session per week and need the extra flexibility.
Note: All of the above prices are subject to applicable HST. The membership prices listed above are the monthly payment amounts, when you provide a credit card or void cheque for automatic withdrawal each month. If you'd like to SAVE 5% you have the option of paying for your term up front in full ($169/month x 12 - 5%).
