CrossFit Foundations

This program is for members who are new to CrossFit, and a great refresher for athletes who have been away from the sport. Foundations teaches you the basic movements of CrossFit and will prepare you for group class.

CrossFit Group Classes

CrossFit is constantly varied, functional movements performed at high intensity across broad time and modal domains. We practice and train major lifts: deadlift, clean, squat, presses, clean and jerk, and snatch. Similarly, we master the basics of gymnastics: pull-ups, dips, rope climbs, push-ups, and sit-ups. We bike, run, swim and row. Every day we mix these elements in as many combinations and patterns as creativity will allow. Routine is the enemy.

Kids Fit Group Classes - Ages 8-12

Kids need exercise just as much as adults do. At Solid Ground, your child will cultivate a love for sport, games and play. We make fitness fun with creative and challenging programs.

Nutrition Coaching

At Solid Ground we offer a variety of Nutrition Program to assist you to help reach your goals. We help to make a plan that works for you and can be as individualized as you need it to be.

Personal Training - One on One / Small Group Training

When it comes to achieving a specific goal, nothing beats personal training. Whether your goal is to pass a physical, sports specific, or focused on general fitness, our coaches will develop a program unique to you. Personal training sessions are one-on-one and scheduled at your convenience.

Whether you're working through a temporary condition, or you just want to get ahead and improve your performance, our team is here to support you with Physiotherapy treatments. Our team can even bill directly to your insurance!

Solid Ground Performance - Competitors Program

The Performance program is intended for individuals interested in competing in the sport of fitness at a local or regional level. In the competitive environment, the demands on your body and time will necessarily be higher. However, this does not mean that only the most elite can participate. Before entering Solid Ground Performance, you must first have a firm understanding of your goals and what you can handle physically, mentally, and emotionally. This is essential to your success and will help ensure you reach your goals as efficiently and effectively as possible. Make sure you touch base with a coach about adding additional work to your daily routine.

Team Training

Our Team Training sessions bring the best of all that we do together to create a unique program for the specific needs of your team, and for your sport. Our goal is to not just help you be stronger or improve your conditioning, but to improve your overall athleticism in general and specifically as it relates to your sport.


Our Bootcamp program offers a high intensity workout alternative to our CrossFit program. This class offers circuit training that will help burn those calories!"
