Acupuncture, Cupping and Guasha
Acupuncture involves the insertion of extremely thin needles through your skin at strategic points on your body to stimulate healing or reduce pain. Cupping involves placing of cups on your skin with a vacuum to relieve muscular pain, stiffness & injury and to clear chest congestion during colds/flu. GuaSha is applied friction to promote normal circulation of blood & nutrients to your muscles & tissues to improve pain and mobility.
Whether your goals are to lose weight (fat), gain muscle, improve performance, or all of the above, your nutrition and lifestyle choices play a critical role. There is a TONNE of information out there in the nutrition world, but for most of us when it comes time to make our choices, we're just not clear on what will move us toward our goals. Or, even if we do know what will help us achieve the goals we've set out to achieve, we make excuses and make decisions that stop us from achieving them.
Diagnostics and Lab Testing
Laboratory testing is an essential aspect of a complete assessment and provides a full understanding of how your own individual body is working. Using various lab results we can more clearly determine treatment plans and track outcomes over time.
Some areas of testing include: Salivary Hormone Analysis, food sensitivity and allergy testing, chemical and environmental toxin exposure, nutrient and metabolic testing, adrenal function testing, and more.
