A. Ring Muslce-up practice:
Fitness: 4 sets:
12 Ring Rows + 10 Ring Swings

Development: 4 sets:
3-5 Banded MU Transfer + 10 Ring Swings

Performance: 4-5 sets:
5 Ring Mu + 6-10 Dips; rest as needed

B. Cindy: 20' AMRAP
5 Pull-ups
10 Push-ups
15 Squats
