Today's workout is a revisit to open workout 15.3. Muscle-ups were removed from the scaled version without any replacement movement. As an athlete, if you only have a few muscle-ups or can do bar muscle-ups, lets change the numbers so that you don't spend the entire workout focusing on muscle-up. If you are not in a place to do muscle-ups use this opportunity to push your engines capabilities.
