Development: 4 Sets: WTD Strict False Grip Ring Pull-ups x4-6
Performance: 4 Sets: 2-4 Strict Muscle-up Rest 2'
- After your last set perform 1 ME Set of Kipping MU

B. EMOM - Increasing reps each min until required work can not be completed
1 Power Snatch 95/65 + 1 OHS

*every min increase PS +OHS by 1 Rep
ie. 1+1, 2+2, 3+3, 4+4 Etc
